Booking & accommodation
How do I book a ticket?
Booking happens right here on the website — head to Tickets & Stay and build your weekend in three steps.
Step One · Choose your tier. Pick from Abundant Wonderer, Wonderer, Weekend Wonderer, or a Young Wonderer ticket (full or weekend). All tiers include the full programme, festival nights and meals.
Step Two · Choose your nest. Bring your own tent (included), or upgrade to a pre-pitched Basic Bell Tent (2, 3 or 4 person), a Lux Bell Tent (2 or 4 person) or a Live-in Vehicle pitch for your van, camper or motorhome.
Step Three · Add what makes it yours. Optional extras like a 1:1 practitioner session, microlight flight, coach transfer, bedding bundle or the Founder's Dinner.
Everything you add lands in your basket — review and check out securely by card. Pay in full, split into three interest-free monthly instalments, or email us about a 10% group bundle for six or more.
Do I have to book accommodation?
No — you're welcome to bring your own tent. A camping pitch is included with every ticket. Add a pre-pitched bell tent or live-in vehicle pitch only if you'd like an upgrade.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout, with the option to pay in full or split into three interest-free monthly instalments. If you're experiencing any problems, please email hello@wondermentinthewoods.com.

Programme & participation
Do I have to stick to the programme?
Absolutely not — we want you to experience Wonderment on your terms. Pick and choose the workshops and classes that resonate, with plenty of free time built in. If it's your first time, we recommend one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon, then see how you feel. Our Wonderment Angels and facilitators are on hand to help guide you.
I'd like to bring my children, will there be children's activities on offer?
Yes — we welcome all Young Wonderers. Our family programme gives our younger members the freedom to let their creativity flourish in nature. Most sessions are open to Young Wonderers, and we also run dedicated workshops including Forest School, Mermaid Swimming Lessons, Willow Making, Storytelling and Mindfulness.
I'm pregnant, will I be able to join in the classes?
Yes of course. We do ask that you speak to the practitioner leading the workshop if you have any questions or concerns prior to the workshop, as they may want to make some adjustments for you.

How many meals will be available across the weekend?
The number of meals depends on the length of your retreat. Full days include breakfast, lunch and dinner. On arrival day expect a welcome snack and dinner; on departure day, breakfast and lunch.
What are the mealtimes?

I have specific dietary requirements and allergies, will I be able to eat the meals?
Yes, of course! Our chefs are well versed with catering for everyone. Please make sure you provide any requirements and allergies when booking your ticket and notify the chefs/serving team when making your choices.
How are the meals served?
All meals are served buffet style.
What if I'm still hungry?
Our chef's menu is prepared in line with the programme to ensure optimum nutritious meals throughout the day. No one will go hungry — there's always plenty for seconds.
What drinks are included and what will I need to pay for?
The 'Entry & Meals' ticket includes unlimited tea, coffee and Wonderment Water. A selection of daily juices and non-alcoholic cocktails are available to purchase by card.
