1. Agreement to these terms

By purchasing a ticket for Wonderment in the Woods, you agree to comply with these Ticket Terms and Conditions, together with any event rules and reasonable instructions given by the event organisers, staff or security team.

These terms apply to all attendees, including children and young people attending with a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

2. Tickets and admission

• Tickets are valid only for the event, date and ticket type stated on the booking confirmation.
• Tickets must be presented on arrival, either digitally or in printed form.
• Tickets may not be resold for profit or transferred through an unauthorised platform.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, unsafe or otherwise contrary to these terms.
• Anyone refused entry or removed from the event may not be entitled to a refund.
• The organisers may require proof of ticket ownership or booking details on arrival.

3. Age policy and supervision

• Wonderment in the Woods is an all-ages event and welcomes guests of any age.
• Children and young people must be appropriately supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.
• Parents, guardians and accompanying adults remain responsible for the safety, welfare and behaviour of the children or young people in their care.
• The organisers cannot accept responsibility for unsupervised children or young people.
• Some activities, workshops or areas may have their own age, height or supervision requirements. These requirements will be communicated at the event where applicable.

4. Alcohol policy

• Wonderment in the Woods does not sell or serve alcohol.
• Guests may bring their own alcohol, where permitted by applicable law and event rules.
• Please drink responsibly and respect guests who choose not to drink alcohol.
• Alcohol must not be given to anyone under the legal drinking age.
• Guests must not bring excessive quantities of alcohol or consume alcohol in a way that causes nuisance, distress, danger or disruption to others.
• Anyone who is intoxicated, behaves aggressively or unsafely, or breaches the event's alcohol rules may be refused entry or removed without a refund.
• The organisers reserve the right to restrict or prohibit alcohol at any time if necessary for safety, licensing, safeguarding or operational reasons.
• Glass containers, or any other prohibited containers, must not be brought onto the site where the event rules prohibit them.
• Guests must not drive while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

5. Refunds, cancellation and postponement

• Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be informed of the available refund or alternative arrangements.
• If the event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled date. Any applicable refund process or deadline will be communicated to ticket holders.
• The organisers are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by guests in connection with a cancellation, postponement or change to the event, except where required by law.
• The organisers may make reasonable changes to the programme, performers, activities, timetable, venue layout or facilities.

6. Event rules and prohibited items

Guests must not bring or use:

• Weapons or items intended to cause injury;
• Illegal drugs or illegal substances;
• Items that could create a fire, safety or environmental risk;
• Unauthorised commercial, professional or recording equipment;
• Any item prohibited by the organisers or venue.

Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated areas, where applicable. Guests must follow all fire-safety, environmental and site instructions.

7. Behaviour and safeguarding

Wonderment in the Woods aims to provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threatening behaviour, violence, sexual misconduct, unwanted contact or behaviour that puts another person at risk will not be tolerated. Anyone breaching this requirement may be removed immediately and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities. If you have a safeguarding concern during the event, please report it promptly to a member of the event team.

8. Outdoor event and assumption of risk

Wonderment in the Woods takes place in an outdoor environment. Guests should take reasonable care and be prepared for changing weather and uneven, muddy or slippery ground. Guests attend at their own risk, subject to rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded. The organisers are not responsible for loss, damage, injury or illness except where caused by the organisers' negligence, breach of legal duty or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Guests should take responsibility for:

• Wearing suitable clothing and footwear;
• Bringing sufficient water, medication and weather protection;
• Supervising children and vulnerable guests in their care;
• Following safety instructions and remaining within permitted areas.

9. Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property unless required by law. Lost property should be reported to a member of the event team as soon as possible.

10. Photography, filming and recording

Photography and filming may take place during the event for documentation, publicity and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video or other recordings. If you do not wish to be recorded, please speak to a member of the event team on arrival. Any use of personal data will be handled in accordance with the event's Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the event

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to the programme, activities, performers, timings, location within the site and facilities, where necessary for safety, operational, weather-related or other legitimate reasons.

12. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Wonderment in the Woods takes place. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
