The Divinity of
Creativity.
And, as night falls on Saturday, the Woodland Ball — come as your future self.

This year's Wonderment theme is The Divinity of Creativity.
I believe that when we create, we come as close to our own divinity as we can. To make something is to express an idea, follow an instinct and bring a little piece of the unseen into the world. Creativity reminds us that we are not merely observers of life — we are active participants in its unfolding. Creativity will come in all modalities all weekend: from creating spaces to creating art, creating our future selves to creating contacts — but most of all, a solid community.
It can also be deeply restorative. Creating gives us purpose, focus and a way to move beyond the anxious or depressive thoughts that can sometimes weigh us down. When our hands are busy making, our minds are given space to breathe. We become absorbed in the moment, connected to ourselves, to nature and to one another.
This weekend, we will make things together. We will build bivouacs, shape bowls and create headpieces, allowing imagination to guide us and curiosity to lead the way. There will be plenty of opportunity to work through creative blocks, rediscover forgotten dreams and begin shaping the ideals we wish to bring into the world.

Come as Your Future Self
We invite you to dress as the most magical, magnificent version of who you are becoming. Come in your best woodland finery, your wildest imaginings and all your creative gloriousness. Arrive as the future self you dream of meeting — the enchanted, liberated, visionary version of you who already knows what is possible.

Wonderment is also a place to pause and land. After the intensity and expansion of summer, this weekend offers a gentle cushion — a chance to restore, reconnect and prepare for the year ahead.
I have always felt that September marks the true beginning of the year. Perhaps it comes from school: the excitement of a new pencil case, freshly covered exercise books and the anticipation of everything that lay ahead. September carried the promise of a fresh start — a time to gather our thoughts, set new intentions and step forward with curiosity. So let us begin this year together.
We have brought together some of the finest healers, teachers, workshop holders and speakers in the field, each offering their own wisdom, experience and inspiration. And, as always, there will be the great joy of sharing food and friendship around our woodland banquets, with food prepared by the extraordinary chef Joe Cathers — truly some of the best food you will ever taste.
And for those who missed the legendary Chalice in Wonderland at Medicine Festival, you will have the chance to experience it for yourselves at Saturday lunchtime.
This is a weekend for making, healing, feasting, laughing, dressing up and remembering who we are. A weekend to set aside the noise, open our senses and reconnect with the magic of being alive.
May Wonderment help you rediscover your imagination, your purpose and your sense of possibility. May the things you create here become more than objects: may they become reminders of what happens when we give ourselves permission to play, explore and bring our inner worlds into form.
Thank you for being part of this community and for bringing your presence, courage, questions and creativity. I cannot wait to share this special weekend with you.
With warmth and wonder,
