Lukas has been a massage therapist for the past seven years. Having worked at Wonderment since its very beginning, he very much enjoys coming back year after year. He likes to stay active, be it working out, hiking, dancing like there's no tomorrow, cycling, practising yoga or gardening. This ethos of movement and physicality is integral to his treatment approach but also to his own wellbeing, so you will most definitely see him every morning at one of the classes to start his day right. Having competed at two massage championships in the UK, he's earned one gold, four silver and two bronze medals in various categories.
Combining different techniques, both firmer and specific and more soothing and calming, Lukas ensures you get the most out of your treatment. That way both your body and your mind can allow the change to happen, releasing what's been causing you pain, relieving your discomfort and ultimately making you feel rejuvenated inside and out. To keep you empowered and in control of your own wellbeing journey, he'll then suggest strengthening and stretching aftercare to keep your body pain-free and your mind relaxed.
Partner Massage: working in pairs, we'll go through a few steps to give you an insight into how to give a seated massage to your partner, flatmate, friend, parent or anyone close to you. Perfect for when you're relaxing on the sofa together, if you want to pamper your relative or your mate just had a tough day at work and you want to help ease off any stress. We'll be focusing predominantly on head, neck, shoulders and face, will add some mindful stretches and the massage will be fully dressed.
